MEET THE VISIONARY
ELDER CATHY BILLOPS
Pastor Cathy Billops was born in Baltimore, MD to Sam Edward Snow and Mattie Bell Snow. She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as a teenager under the leadership of her father the late Bishop Sam Snow.
From 1992-2019 she served at Haven of Hope Ministries under the leadership of her brother, Bishop Larry Snow. In 2004 she was licensed as a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
She has served in various capacities in ministry such as President of Women’s Ministry, church secretary, choir member, usher, alter worker and Assistant Sunday School Teacher. In March of 2014, after accepting God’s mandated assignment to reach women from all walks of life, Pastor Billops birthed Women of Destiny (W.O.D).
W.O.D’s purpose consisted of empowering, enrichening, enlightening, and encouraging women to live a complete life in Christ.
